Meals are made fresh on the day of your delivery. We recommend consuming them within 5-7 days.

You can also easily freeze your meals. Just get them out of the freezer 1 day before consumption and put them in the fridge to slowly thaw out.

Your meals come fresh! We take pride in working with local distributors for fresh produce at all times.

We recommend storing your meals in a refrigerator set at or below 40° F (4° C).

One of the biggest mistakes people make is stuffing the fridge too full. When foods block the flow of air, it makes the fridge work harder and leaves certain areas of the fridge warmer than others.

Don’t place foods against the back or sides of the fridge, and aim to keep all of the food separated by about half an inch. This ensures that air can flow between the spaces in the fridge, and foods will be less likely to become rancid.

The refrigerator should also be cleaned as it gets dirty, but a full cleaning of the sides of the fridge once every three months is recommended. To do this, take all of the trays out of the refrigerator and clean them with hot, soapy water. It’s also a good idea to use a solution of diluted bleach to adequately kill bacteria. A good ratio is about one tablespoon of bleach for every gallon of water. Because many shelves have double-walled glass, it’s important to avoid soaking shelves. If water gets in between the glass, it can cause a situation that allows mold and mildew to thrive.

Don’t open the containers until ready to eat. The less you open your meals, the less chance for exposure to mostuire, air contaminants, or anything nearby potentially hazardous.

Keep meals cold when on the go. If you’re on the go, and you’re not consuming your meal within the 30 mins, we recommend packing your meal in a cooler or heavily insulated lunch box with an ice block. The more warm air your food is exposed to, creates an environment for your bacteria to grow. If you leave your meal in a cooler all day and don’t eat it, we DO NOT recommend putting it back in the fridge for another date. When food travels through a variety of temperatures, it will most likely grow mold quickly.

Yes, We Love Meal Prep meal plans are recommended by our Registered Dietitian. You have the ability to change the meals within your plan limited to what meals would best fit your goal.

Yes you can . . . BUT there is a possibility for loss of texture due to what ingredients in the meals (for example, we don’t recommend freezing lettuce.

We recommend freezing your meals if you are not going to consume them in 5 days.

Our Kitchen is in Coronado and is listed as one of the pickup locations. It is open to the public Wednesdays from 4-8pm for pick up orders.
Individual meals will also be available for purchase on a first come first serve basis.

No, your meals are delivered in a temperature controlled cooler tote with ice packs. Our courier service will leave your meals at your doorstep and send you an email and text confirmation and picture of where your meals have been left.
Once the meals have been dropped, WLMP will not be liable for theft or quality of freshness.
Please be home within 4-5 hours after a delivery is made.
If you’re time frame will be longer than that, please contact our kitchen to order extra ice packs to keep meals fresh up to 12 hours.

Our cooler bags can hold up to 10 meals with a cooler pack, please leave cooler totes and ice packs at your door the day of delivery or hand it to the driver if you are home for the delivery. We highly suggest you purchase two so we can rotate the bags for you, no meals are left behind!

Sometimes we use disposable bagged ice packs, if that is the case for the week, then there is no need to save the ice pack.

We currently accept all credit cards, debit cards and gift cards, and Venmo!

If you’d like to use Venmo, you must call to confirm the order.

Your subscription will be charged every week on Sunday at 0100 hours PST.

To change your meals, you must cancel your current subscription, and re-sign up with your new order. This can be done in the customer portal online.

Since subscriptions renew every Sunday at 0100 hours PTS, you must do it before then. We recommend doing it on Fridays before your weekend festivities!

You can pause your plan for up to two weeks at a time. This can be done in the customer portal online or via the phone. Pausing must be done for one or two weeks at a time, and it must be requested 48 hours before your next billing cycle.

For most meals, you can:
Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 mins.
Crack the lid open and leave on top so that the veggies can steam.

Reheat on the stovetop, pour the contents of the meal prep in a nonstick skillet. Occasionally stirring until the veggies get crisp.

Reheat in the oven. Put meal prep in an oven-safe dish and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees or until the meal is fully warmed through.

For doughnuts, we recommend only reheating 10-20 seconds or enjoying them nice and chilled.

At WLMP, we use a wide spectrum of ingredients to keep variety in our menu. We can not guarantee that your food will be allergen-free, and because of this, we can not recommend our fresh food delivery service to anybody who has moderate to severe food allergies.

If you wish to cancel, your order must be canceled by Sundays at 0100 PST. through your online portal.

Anytime past the cutoff, your food will be made and delivered, and cancellation will be available for the following week.
